InAlign Wellness Coaching LLC provides wellness coaching, nutrition education, fitness education, and habit-building programs of varying durations. Programs may include the six-week InAlign Consistency System, four-month coaching programs, six-month coaching programs, and other wellness or fitness offerings.

Depending on the program purchased, services may include educational materials, coaching sessions, downloadable resources, assignments, community access, and ongoing accountability.

The specific duration, services, level of support, and access included will depend on the individual program purchased and will be communicated at enrollment.

InAlign Wellness Coaching provides general wellness education, nutrition education, fitness guidance, lifestyle coaching, and habit-building support. These services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Program enrollment and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. Depending on the offering, payment may be a one-time payment or another clearly disclosed payment arrangement.

Access to course materials, coaching services, community features, and other program benefits will depend on the specific offering purchased. Any access duration, included services, and support limitations will be communicated before enrollment.

Access to digital course materials does not automatically include lifetime access to coaching, consultations, or personal support. Community access is provided only for the period and under the conditions specified for the applicable program.

Participants agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment and throughout participation.
• Disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, physical limitations, and changes in health that may affect participation.
• Follow guidance within their individual abilities and use their own judgment.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning significant changes to exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle when appropriate.
• Treat the coach and other participants respectfully.

Individual results and experiences will vary.

Participation in wellness, nutrition, and fitness programs may involve physical activity and lifestyle changes that carry inherent risks. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate.

Participants should consult their healthcare provider before beginning an exercise program or making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if they have existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

InAlign Wellness Coaching does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participants agree to exercise within their individual abilities and follow appropriate safety precautions. They should stop an activity if they experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms and seek medical attention when appropriate.

Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions during physical activity, whether performed independently or as part of a coaching program.

Payment terms will be disclosed at enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offering, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Participants agree to communicate respectfully and maintain a supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate conduct, and unauthorized sharing of another participant's personal information, photographs, or private discussions are prohibited.

Coaching communication and response times will depend on the specific program purchased. Enrollment does not automatically include unlimited personal coaching, consultations, or messaging support unless expressly stated in the program description.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal information, progress updates, photographs, or private discussions without permission.

InAlign Wellness Coaching LLC will handle participant information in accordance with applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.

All course materials, guides, worksheets, videos, written content, and other educational resources provided by InAlign Wellness Coaching LLC are for the participant's personal educational use.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, or use these materials commercially without prior written permission.

Program access will be provided according to the specific terms communicated at enrollment. Digital course access and community access may be subject to the continued availability of the program and the hosting platform.

InAlign Wellness Coaching LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access for violations of these Terms & Conditions, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of program materials, subject to applicable law.

InAlign Wellness Coaching LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, changes in body composition, improved fitness, or other health and wellness results. Results depend on many individual factors, including participation, consistency, personal circumstances, and health status.
